Sioux Center, IA. – October 31, 2023 – Premier Communications of Sioux Center, Iowa has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with Royal Telephone Company to purchase its telephone, cable television and Internet business.

The closing is subject to routine regulatory approvals, which are expected to be completed by the end of the year, 2024
